When you order THE ONEPAGER, you provide date of birth, exact time of birth and place of birth. These details are used to calculate the information required for your personalised Onepager and to generate the requested digital content. The legal basis is performance of the contract and steps taken at your request in connection with the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The browser temporarily stores the birth information in session storage so it remains available during the redirect to payment. Session storage is local to your browser and is cleared by the application after successful generation or when the browser session ends.
Payment is processed through Stripe. Stripe receives the payment and checkout information required to process the transaction. THE ONEPAGER server receives the Stripe checkout-session information required to verify that the payment was successfully completed. Stripe may process data under its own legal obligations and privacy terms. For current information, please consult Stripe’s privacy documentation presented during checkout.
THE ONEPAGER uses an OpenAI API model to create the written personalised output from the structured information required for the service. The application is designed to send only information required for the requested generation. The OpenAI API request is configured not to store the generated response through the API’s optional response-storage feature. Processing is carried out for performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). International data transfers, where applicable, are handled under the safeguards agreed with the service provider.
The website and server functions are hosted on Vercel. In providing the site, technical connection and server data such as IP address, time of access, requested resource, browser/device information and server logs may be processed as technically necessary to provide, secure and operate the service. The legal basis is performance of the requested service and our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, as applicable).
Payment and transaction records may be retained for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Technical data is retained only for as long as required for operation, security and troubleshooting, subject to provider settings and legal obligations.
Data is disclosed only where necessary to service providers involved in hosting, payment processing and AI-assisted generation, or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR are used.
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

The current THE ONEPAGER application does not intentionally use advertising or analytics trackers. It uses browser session storage for the checkout flow. If analytics, marketing tools or other non-essential storage technologies are added, this policy and, where required, the consent mechanism must be updated before they are activated.
