Consumer information · Version: 6 September 2026. A legal review before public launch is recommended.
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform:
Katarina Marević Schmieder · Gestaltende Beratung
Orleansstraße 67

Germany
Telephone: +49 89 510 725 85
Email: hallo@quintessenz.biz
of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the contract while the right of withdrawal still exists, payments received from you must be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable statutory rules, using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.
THE ONEPAGER is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and is intended to be generated immediately after payment. For a paid contract for such digital content, the right of withdrawal expires when performance begins if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and the legally required contract confirmation is provided.
Electronic withdrawal: Withdraw contract online.
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may use the following form:

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the provision of the following digital content: THE ONEPAGER.
Ordered on: __________

Important: if the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired because immediate digital performance began after the required consent and acknowledgement, there is no remaining withdrawal right for that completed digital-content supply.
