THE ONEPAGER is a personalised digital weekly reflection created from the birth information entered by the customer and the current weekly theme. It is supplied digitally for personal use. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and does not replace such advice.
Before ordering, the customer enters the requested birth information and can review and correct it. The product, total price and essential order information are shown immediately before the order. By clicking “ORDER AND PAY · €4.90”, the customer submits a binding order involving payment and is redirected to Stripe to complete payment. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully completed and the order is accepted for immediate digital fulfilment.
The total price for one THE ONEPAGER is €4.90 including applicable VAT. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment methods displayed in Stripe Checkout.
After successful payment and verification, THE ONEPAGER is generated and displayed on the website. The customer is responsible for entering complete and accurate birth information. Internet access and a current web browser are required.
THE ONEPAGER is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Generation starts only after the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost when performance begins, subject to the statutory requirements. Details are set out in the Right of Withdrawal.
Mandatory statutory rights, including statutory rights concerning defective digital products, remain unaffected. If THE ONEPAGER cannot be generated after a successful payment, please contact hallo@quintessenz.biz.
The customer may save and use the purchased Onepager for personal purposes. Content, branding and design may not be commercially reproduced, resold or distributed without permission, except where permitted by law.
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection afforded by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
